Billund refers to a second largest town in the Municipality of Billund. It is a company town which is the headquarters of the LEGO Company. Billund Airport is the second busiest airport in Denmark and which was officially opened in the year 1964. The church of Our Lady is found in the nearby city of Aarhus and it features amazing works of Gothic architecture. It was constructed in the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries and boasts of very beautiful frescoes. The other attraction is the Natural History Museum which boasts of having the some of the oldest as well most fascinating collections of Danish art including drawings, paintings as well as sculptures which date to the mid eighteenth century to date.
