Armenia is formerly part of the United Soviet Socialist Republics, before it was abolished in 1991. Khash is primarily cow’s feet boiled in water all night long, until such as a point that the broth becomes thick. Condiments such as salt, pepper and others can be added depending on the preference of those who will eat. It is usually served along with other food, and is accompanied with vodka.
