I’ve booked Mercedes Vito or similar, Car Group: O (Car Category: Premium / Luxury, Transmission: Auto Unspecified Drive, Adult: 7) in October 2012, 2.5 mounth before the rental time. The offer was marked as «guaranteed available». When I came in December to get the car, Avis staff offered me 9-seat car (as they have not mine), and said that if I will not agree, I should to wait about 2 days for ordered car. So, they gave me RENAULT TRAFIC (Car Category: Intermediate, Transmission: Manual, Adult: 9) The problem was, that this car is lower car category than I've ordered, manual transmission instead of automatic, more seats, therefore no space for ski luggage.

I was promised a Mercedes B class and intead I was given a Skoda Yetti (Diesel) which i did not like to drive but Avis company did not gave much options and at such last minute i had no options but to take this car as my hotels were booked already. Secondly, The car had mechanical problems: one serious one: The wheels were not aligned/balanced as car turned on left side always slowly while going on straight road. The rear wipers were not functioning properly which gave trouble during rainy weather at highways.
