FAQ

Why must I leave a deposit at the car hire supplier?

This is because the car hire supplier wants to ensure that it has cover for any disparity in terms of fuel or for any damage to the rental car.

This is why the deposit is blocked on your credit card when you pick the car rental up. This amount will only be charged to your card in the event of damage.

If you have booked an offer where the retention fee is to be returned, then this amount will be returned to you by the car hire broker.

Tip: Check the terms and conditions of the individual car hire supplier
