FAQ

What are the rules on filling up with fuel?

Full-to-Full:

The rental car will have a full tank when picked up and has to have a full tank when dropped off.

In this case, you will be billed if there is any disparity.

Full-to-Empty:

The rental car will have a full tank of fuel when picked up and has to be returned empty. This first tank of fuel will need to be paid for at the pick-up location and is not included in the price of rental at reservation

You will not get any money back for fuel remaining in the tank. In many cases, the price of providing a tank of fuel is unfortunately higher than what it would usually cost locally.

As a price comparison site, carhiremarket.com has no influence on the rules governing filling up with fuel.

Tip: Please check the terms and conditions of the car hire providers before reserving.
