You
can't book a hire car over the internet without a credit card.
The owner of the credit card also has to be the driver at the location.
Please note that Visa and MasterCard are accepted by all car hire providers, but not all of them take American Express. In the last step when booking, you will find those credit cards that are accepted by the car hire provider.
